How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. Express delivery (1–2 working days) is also available at checkout. Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £50.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the UK only. International shipping may be available in the future.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Are your products tested before being sent?

Absolutely. Every single item we sell is fully tested before dispatch. We don't list anything we wouldn't be happy to receive ourselves.

Are your consoles new or pre-owned?

We sell both new and pre-loved items. Each product listing clearly states its condition. Pre-loved items are tested, cleaned, and described honestly.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes — consoles and hardware come with a 90-day warranty, and accessories come with a 30-day warranty. See our Returns & Warranty page for full details.
