All orders are fully tracked, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.

Every item — whether new or pre-loved — is tested, checked, and carefully packed before dispatch. We aim to process and ship all orders within 1 working day (Monday–Saturday, excluding bank holidays).
