Returns & Refunds


At GameTech Hub, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, or you change your mind, here’s how our returns work — simple and fair.

📅 Return Period


You can return any item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. This applies to both new and pre-loved products.

✅ Conditions for Returns


  • Items must be in their original condition, with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
  • Pre-loved items: must be returned in the same condition as sold — no extra damage, scratches, or missing parts.
  • Sealed items (games, accessories): must be unopened / sealed if returning due to change of mind.
  • Faulty items: covered fully — we will refund or replace, and cover return postage.

❌ What cannot be returned


  • Items made to order or personalised.
  • Software, games or digital codes that have been opened or used.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear.

🚚 How to Return


  1. Email us at GameTechHub1@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will reply with simple instructions and return address (based in York).
  3. Pack the item securely — we recommend using tracked delivery.
  4. Once received and checked, we will process your refund within 3 working days.

📌 Who pays postage?


  • Change of mind: You cover return postage cost.
  • Faulty / wrong item: We cover all postage costs.

💰 Refunds


We refund back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
