1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website and any purchases made from GameTech Hub. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. ABOUT US
GameTech Hub is a retail business registered and operating in the United Kingdom. We supply pre‑owned, restored, and modified gaming consoles, accessories, and related products.
3. ORDERS & PAYMENT
- Order acceptance: All orders are subject to availability and our approval. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
- Pricing: All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are added at checkout.
- Payment: We accept major debit/credit cards and other secure payment methods. Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
- Security: Payments are processed through encrypted gateways — we do not store your full card details.
4. PRODUCT INFORMATION & MODIFICATIONS
- Condition: Every console and item is fully tested, cleaned, and verified working before dispatch. We will clearly state any known wear or cosmetic marks in the product description.
- Modified systems: Custom firmware/modded consoles are sold for legal homebrew use and personal backups only. We do not endorse or support piracy, copyright infringement, or the use of modified software to run unlicensed content. Responsibility for use lies entirely with the buyer.
- Accuracy: We aim for accurate descriptions, but minor specifications or packaging may vary slightly.
5. DELIVERY & SHIPPING
- Location: We deliver only to addresses within the United Kingdom.
- Times: Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Estimated delivery is 2–5 working days.
- Free delivery: Orders over £50 qualify for free standard UK delivery.
- Risk of loss: Ownership and risk pass to you once the item is delivered to your specified address.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTY
- Cooling‑off period: Under UK consumer law, you have 14 days from delivery to return unused, unmodified items in original condition for a full refund.
- Faulty goods: All hardware comes with a 30‑day warranty from delivery. If an item develops a fault within this period, we will repair, replace, or refund at our option.
- Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorised repairs, drops, liquid damage, or normal wear and tear.
- Returns process: Contact us first at GameTechHub1@outlook.com to arrange a return — do not send items back without prior agreement.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of GameTech Hub and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. LIABILITY
GameTech Hub shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data or savings, arising from use of our products, except where liability cannot be excluded under UK law.
